Non-smoking
The entire home is strictly non-smoking, indoors and in the pool area.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbours and respect these hours.
Before you leave
- Leave all bed linen on the beds.
- Place all used towels on the bathroom floor.
- Load all dishes into the dishwasher and start it.
- Set thermostat to 80°F.
- Place all trash in outside bins.
Trash
All trash goes in the bins in front of the garage. There is no recycling separation, so everything can go in together, as long as it is bagged. The HOA puts the bins out on the correct days, so you do not need to do this yourself.
No pets
Pets are not allowed in the home. Thank you for your understanding.
